Hearing Aid Evaluation
After a series of tests to determine the most beneficial hearing instrument, we will provide a 30-day trial period with the recommended device for each patient. If the hearing aid doesn’t feel right, simply come back and we’ll find a solution.
Real Ear Measurement
Our computerized image testing reveals the degree to which a patient’s hearing can be improved with a hearing aid. This test shows the overall loudness as well as the amount of amplification required for different frequencies.
Hearing Aid Maintenance Service
Word & Brown Hearing Center provides maintenance services on all of its hearing aids at regular 6-month intervals to monitor the performance of each device. Services include checking the ear mold, cleaning the aid, and replacing any necessary tubing or parts, as well as providing a computerized hearing analysis.
